MAF cleaner is the best/safest for an IAT sensor. Electrical contact cleaner will work, (good contact cleaner is zero-residue, common alcohol-based is not zero-residue) but sometimes may take multiple applications. Rubbing alcohol isn't a strong enough solvent for the varnish left on that sensor (and contains water) and gasoline is too dangerous IMO for the average person to clean parts with.
